Hello! I have a question about decorating a great hall...We've found a venue of an Elizabethan hall that fits most of the criteria - breathtaking, easy to get to, accommodation nearby and more importantly WITHIN BUDGET!The thing I'm worried about is it has incredibly high ceilings, and might feel a bit empty. There's also quite a few restrictions... no balloons, no confetti, limited options for fairy lights, they prefer less open candles (although I have to clarify the exact restrictions).We haven't got the biggest budget in the world and my MOH is all about the DIY.
