Do you have a cute way to ask ushers to help with the wedding?

Hi all, FH and i asked out bridal party shortly after we got engaged. But We have 3 friends we want to make ushers. They wont be dressed similar to the bridal party, but they will hand out programs before the ceremony and also since we have having a 15 minute standing room ceremony, keep some of my more rude relatives out of the reserved for elderly relatives.If there a cute/fun way to ask them?
