Warning: rambling rant-type thing ahead.I went dress shopping today for the first time just to scope out what my options were. I have a fairly low budget, which I know limits a lot, but in every single dress, no matter how it looked, I didn't feel like I belonged in it. I love my fiance, we've been together a long time and are absolutely perfect for one another, but nothing about wedding planning feels right. I don't want to elope because it would break my grandma's heart, but I felt so wrong in those dresses. Maybe this is because I'm not a glittery, flowery, girly girl and none of the dresses there (David's Bridal) suited my style. But I don't know what will. Has anyone else experienced this?
