So this morning we went to tour a venue that I had really high hopes about. They were one of very few in budget, the pictures looked gorgeous, and they had what looked like plenty of space. We got there and the guy who can answer literally any questions about the place wasn't there (emergency) and the replacement tour guide just kept saying "that's an Eric question." Meanwhile, everything looked a lot smaller, the courtyard was overgrown with shrubs and weeds, the front lawn was super covered in weeds, and their solution to "do you have a space for us to change before the ceremony?" was "you might be able to use Eric's office... You'd have to ask him."My dress is tight, which is demoralizing because I bought it a size larger than normal. Plus it's a nontraditional wedding dress and now I'm wondering if I'm making a mistake and I should get a traditional wedding dress. I love my dress, but it's definitely not as nice as a real bridal dress... And my FH saying "you could wear it for the reception instead" didn't help.Speaking of, FH's enthusiasm is really low when it comes to planning. I mean, I know some people just... Aren't as interested as others. And he'll mostly listen while I try to talk through stuff. But it's clear he doesn't really care about most of the stuff, which is making me feel like I'm putting all this time into a wedding (a wedding he wanted! I was happy with eloping!) that only I care about.Ugh I just feel so done right now. via /r/weddingplanning http://ift.tt/2t6aZLz
