So my husband and I are already married and are doing our "vow renewal" in one week. I was waiting until this ceremony to change my last name and I want to surprise my husband by telling him I already changed it! Anyone have any ideas for a cute way to be like "Surprise! Already changed my last name and I'm officially Mrs. ____ now!" Not sure if I would do it during the vows, or tell our officiant and maybe she can think of a cute way to tell him or print off a fake Social Security card and show him???
