Went to meet with a couple yesterday who wants to be married this Thursday. Wore a matching black skirt and top. (Lacy, feminine, but nothing immodest.) Bride FREAKED OUT that I was wearing all black. Insisted that I not wear all black to her wedding. With the exception of one other bride who insisted on a "dress code" which I bowed out of -- my contract says I will wear whatever you like, if you are paying for it -- I've never had someone this cincerned about what I was wearing.What do you all think -- is what the officiant wears incredibly important, as long as it is appropriate and respectable? via /r/weddingplanning http://ift.tt/2sY9xPy
