You're all way more experienced than I am so I need to ask this for peace of mind


The morning after brunch place we chose is unbelievable. They're at the top of every list. The food is outstanding, the location is outstanding, and best of all the prices are very reasonable (for a place like this).Approximately $10-15/plate for one of the best brunches in town and $13 unlimited bloody mary, mimosa, bellini, and one more I can't remember right now.The prix fixe menu is $35/head++, and then the $13/head for the unlimited drinks. No venue fee, 23% gratuity etc.My question is this: why is the prix fixe $35/head when their brunch items are half that price?Is it:they need to make up for time those tables won't be turned over - the brunch is for 3 hours and usually you're in and out of this place within an hour.it comes with extras like homemade pastries and bread, which usually cost extrathey need to pay more people to deal with a bigger party and more chefs to work with more foodother things I'm not thinking aboutthey charge more because they canall of the above???I'm not opposed to paying more, I just want to know why?
