Dear bride-to-be's, are you stressed out about losing weight before the big day?

7 months before my wedding, I was close to my highest ever weight, bloated, lethargic and feeling so blah. More than the number on the scale, I was so uncomfortable in my own skin and traumatized at the thought of wearing my wedding dress feeling this way. I wanted to feel light and happy both physically and mentally. I didn't want to spend the day thinking about sucking in my tummy or posing a certain way. All I wanted was to breeze through the day without a care in the world.I faced so many barriers along the way – I wasn't sure if I could actually lose the weight and keep it off (nothing had worked before, why would it now?), I sustained a back injury 6 months before the wedding so I couldn't exercise at all, I was stressed out with wedding planning (and food is really my best friend at these times) and multitasking with an insanely busy work schedule left barely 5-6 hours for sleep.Even through all this, I managed to lose 20 pounds over 6 months and it was SO worth it. I felt fabulous, the dress fit perfectly and more than anything, I was so PROUD of everything I had accomplished (planned my wedding, lost weight, back rehab, etc.).So ladies (and gents), I know how hard this is but you've got to keep pushing and hustling. YOU CAN DO THIS. And it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!Is anyone here going through this? What difficulties are you facing? And how are you trying to get past it? via /r/weddingplanning http://ift.tt/2uOnKvW
