How much booze is enough booze for a bunch of booze lovers?

Hi Weddit Loves!FH and I are sitting at a pub and talking over our guest list - which will be approx 120 people. Out of those 120, 119 of them love to drink/party (we fully expect my 97 year old grandma to lead the charge with shots and dancing haha! She's a force of nature). We plan on having an open bar and will be supplying the drinks with a $5000 budget for the bar. Will this be enough? And for those who have had/are planning extremely boozy receptions, to estimate on alcohol, how much did you decide on rough number of drinks per person? Was it enough?
