We're considering something like Noodles & Co or a food truck for the main evening meal for our relaxed ~75 guest wedding in June 2018. I'm hoping some posters here have experience with a Noodles/Chipotle type catering that is less than "full service", or food trucks which might have challenges producing enough food in time. Realistically we can't pay $5k for food & service, so I'm hoping something creative like this will keep guests happy and also work logistically.Please help!
