Northern Spain Backyard Wedding

Hi Reddit Family,My fiancée and I have waited 7 years to get engaged, and the time has finally come. We are silly happy and our lives and wallets have caught up to what our hearts have wanted for some time :) We are hoping for a backyard wedding weekend where our family who lives in FLA, GA, ILLINOIS, OHIO can all gather to bless our upcoming life together. We live in California where wedding prices are crazy expensive, so we are hoping for an AirBnB situation...An adventurous couple who loves music (my fiancée was a indie radio DJ for years and I am a professional opera singer) and hiking, the keywords to our wedding seems to be intimacy and adventure. We plan on a honeymoon at the Camino de Santiago in Spain!We are thinking about getting married in Spain. It's hard to have a backyard wedding when we live in an apartment and have no backyard! We already want to honeymoon abroad and since RT plane flights to California (where we live) are already $400 RT, why not spend $500 RT and just go to Spain. The initial shock of "pitching this idea" to our families did not go as we had hoped. Both sets of parents have suggested we elope which feels sad to us, and we want the joy and since all our family is so spread out, hoping that everyone can join for a weekend or day feels magical. PLUS the AirBnBs in Spain are so much more reasonably priced and we can have the backyard intimate and fun feeling we hope to nurture in this process.DOES ANYONE KNOW THE BEST TIMES TO FLY TO BILBAO? HOW DO WE ADVISE OUR GUESTS ON REASONABLY PRICED PLANE TICKETS?
