What happens between walking down the aisle and confetti time?!

I'm not sure how the logistics are going to work here. We are getting married in a room in a town hall. So we walk down the aisle, out of the room, then hang around in the hall while people leave, greeting them as they go I guess?! Seems odd.There will be a big bottle neck outside the room I'm sure. Then I'll have to get someone to shepherd people out and orchestrate a confetti shot/exit from the building somehow.
