We opened all our presents/cards in the hotel the morning after the wedding, but we realised very quickly afterwards that we had very little recollection of who got us what.I'd recommend just jotting it down somewhere or getting some post it notes to stick on the presents so when it comes to thanking people, it doesn't sound really generic.We asked for currency for our honeymoon destination and it is my fear that when it comes to sending out the thankyou's that I will say "thanks for the currency" and they didn't give us any.
