I'm having a semi-destination wedding, and this venue is not only striking, but nestled in a sweet little town I know our guests will love to explore.I'm a bit nervous, since the venue is still under major construction (the pic up there is a rendering). Here's what it looks more like today:http://ift.tt/2wbApIN construction makes me nervous (even though it's already underway and they've built in a lot of buffer) but the deal we're getting (I have zero doubts prices are gonna go up, up, up, in this place just based on location alone), the company's reputation (a local but large hospitality group that manages a number of local venues) and their strong backup plan to accommodate our reception if there are construction delays, is comforting. Choosing to trust that it's all gonna work out, I would say I'm 95% confident, 5% nervous at this point.Major wedding win -- one thing down!
