What is customary for the MOH planning a bachelorette?

So my little sister (age 22) is my MOH. She is SUPER excited about planning my bachelorette and everyone who is invited to the bachelorette knows they will be invited and has expressed great enthusiasm in attending (1 MOH, 3 BM, 1 officiant, 2 ushers, 1 wife of one of the ushers). My sister wants to plan it, but she has never even been to a wedding before, much less been part of a wedding party. I want to help her by giving her guidance on what her boundaries/role should be as MOH, but I'm similarly clueless (I've been to 3-4 weddings but never been in a wedding party).Does anyone have advice on how I can help my sister? So far I've suggested that it's customary to create a FB group so everyone involved can chat, and that the first thing she should do is figure out everyone's budget. I've also given her a few ideas (Napa/Vegas/NOLA) but I've expressed that if they are too expensive, ultimately I don't care what we do as long as I get to see people and hang out. I've also expressed that she should make sure people know this is NOT a "required" event for anyone.Anything else? Any advice is greatly appreciated! via /r/weddingplanning http://ift.tt/2vaP9Lq
